In the Republic of Moldova, we are a leading provider of services for the renewable energy sector, delivering forecasting, balancing, aggregation, and supply services for approximately 20% of the country’s installed renewable energy capacity. As of December 31, 2024, we owned solar parks with a total capacity of 33 MW DC, and we currently have an additional 5 MW DC of solar energy and 8 MW of wind energy in an advanced stage of development, nearly ready for construction.
Moreover, in Romania we are the third largest natural gas distributor in terms of volumes and network size, with over 162.000 consumption sites. In Moldova, we are the largest distributor and supplier of electricity, with almost 1 million consumption points, which represents about 70% of the population of Moldova.
In 2024, following the acquisition of CEZ Vanzare , later renamed Premier Energy Furnizare, we now serve approximately 2.3 million natural gas and electricity customers across both Romania and Moldova.
