With a focus on expanding its natural gas sales to residential, business, and industrial clients, it prioritizes delivering exceptional customer service. This is achieved through proactive management of market price updates, nationwide expansion of its sales force, and offering personalized commercial agreements across its entire non-household client portfolio.
Furthermore, intends to leverage the acquisition of CEZ Vanzare by exploring opportunities for cross-selling its gas supply services to the 1,4 million newly acquired customers. Additionally, in 2023, Alive Capital, specializing in integrated asset management services for renewable energy producers in Romania, supplied 0,52 TWh of electricity to end customers.
